Patience is clearly a virtue in hockey…whilst it took half an hour to unlock the gate to the Astro pitch it took our boys a quarter of an hour to unlock the opposition’s defence with a well constructed goal to lead 1-0 at half time. Another tireless display from the defence with some good interlinking attacking play in the second half and we ended up 3-0 - convincing winners. Excellent effort all round - thanks again Alfie:
